Clotrimazole, Beclomethasone Dipropionate Lotion consists of two medications, i.e., Clotrimazole and Beclomethasone Dipropionate that are used to treat various skin conditions. Clotrimazole is an antifungal antibiotic that is used to treat certain types of fungal infections which include jock itch (tinea cruris), athlete's foot (tinea pedis), ringworm (tinea corporis), and other skin infections caused by fungus.

On the other side, Clotrimazole 1% + Beclomethasone Dipropionate 0.025% Lotion containing Beclomethasone Dipropionate is a corticosteroid drug that contains anti-inflammatory properties that help treat skin conditions like allergies, eczema, rashes, psoriasis, dermatitis, etc. It lowers the swelling, redness, itching, etc., that may occur in these types of skin conditions.

With the use of Clotrimazole 1%, Beclomethasone Dipropionate 0.025% Lotion administration of precaution is very important. You are required to clean the face or the skin where you're applying the ointment. The ointments should be applied in a limited quantity to reduce some commonly occurring side effects.
